What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, details about your home (size, pets, preferences and access instructions), your appointments, and payment records.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and perform your cleanings, to contact you about your appointments, to bill you, and to improve our service.

Home access details

Door codes, lockbox and alarm details are stored encrypted. Your cleaner can see them only while your visit is in progress, and every time the office views them it is recorded.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Text messages

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example payments, email and text delivery), or when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account, or ask us to delete them by calling 561-408-7879.
